DELIVERY, RETURNS & ORDERS

DELIVERY TIMES:- I aim to post orders within 2-5 business days of receipt. Unless otherwise stated, for UK addresses, items are shipped for free, 2nd Class by the Royal Mail. I try to send the prints flat however large & multiple prints are generally sent rolled in a tube. All orders outside of the UK will incur a delivery charge and sent by Royal Mail tracked service.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:- All my prints are sold unframed. Small & Medium sized prints will be sent flat and backed on recycled brown box cardboard then wrapped in cellophane. Large prints will be sent rolled in a heavy duty cardboard tube.

DELIVERY PRICES : - Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as I cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided.

UK: - Free delivery on all orders in the UK, sent Royal Mail 2nd class

EUROPE: - Delivery: £15 for a small print & £35 for medium and large prints, sent by Royal Mail International tracked.

THE REST OF WORLD: - £25 for a small print & £45 for medium and large prints, sent by Royal Mail International tracked. These prices may vary, but will be confirmed by email before sending

IMPORT DUTIES

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Rebecca Plas Prints cannot be held responsible for these charges.

If you wish to find out more information please contact your local Customs and Excise office.
**International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. This may cause a delay in delivery.

RETURNS:- Under the Consumer Contracts (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel your contract by giving me notice before you receive the goods or within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods please e-mail me to cancel the order

All of the items sold on this website are hand printed with great care and I hope that you are pleased with your order. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email me at rebeccaplasprints@gmail.com as soon as possible and return it to me, in its original condition within 14 days. I will forward you my address for you to do this.

Items will be refunded providing that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to me safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where appropriate.

Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used to purchase the goods once I receive the goods back from you at my premises.

If you are not able to return the goods in a perfect condition or without the original packaging then I may charge you for any reduction in value of the goods as a result.

You will be responsible for all returned goods until they reach me. I strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate or other means of verifying carriage to our premises when returning any part of you order.

Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non-refundable and I can’t be held responsible for returns that do not reach me. In the event of the goods being faulty however please contact me as soon as possible at rebeccaplasprint@gmail.com

Any returned item that is received by me more than 14 days after the date of purchase will be not be accepted.

Please note your right to return goods does not apply on personalised items, special orders & commissions or gift vouchers all of which can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

None of the above will affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLATIONS:- I may cancel an order at any time before delivery.

RECEIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION: - Once you have placed an order with us you will receive a receipt confirmation email. This should be kept in a safe place as we I may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact me and I will investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS:- All items are subject to availability. I will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available

COLOUR AND DIMENSIONS:- While every effort has been made to show items accurately on the website, slight variations may occur. 

As the prints are handmade slight variations may occur within the edition. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual computer screens.
